insurance policy includes the owner, general contractor, sub-contractors
and all other parties involved in the construction project. Wrap-Up
insurance covers all the parties in a construction project under one
umbrella insurance policy.

or contractor-controlled. Either policy allows the
owner to spread the risk out among different parties,

policy in the past. Today some states have workers
comp troubles and high general liability claims costs,
